Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of the applicable regional agreements, national regulations, and technical standards that govern road transport of dangerous goods in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, and Paraguay, with references to international models such as the UN Recommendations and ADR.
The course covers classification of dangerous goods, documentation, packaging, labeling, placarding, vehicle requirements, driver training, emergency response procedures, and responsibilities of all parties involved in the transport chain.
